Jalandhar Eligeti is a successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in managing various businesses, including hotels, gas stations, and hospitals. As the founder of THM Hospitality, he has demonstrated his expertise in building successful teams and recognizing the individuals who can contribute to the growth of the company. With over 15 years of experience in hotel management, Jalandhar is an active partner and owner of Comfort Suites Orlando Airport and Wyndham Garden Orlando Airport. He played a crucial role in every step of the hotel's development, from performing a demographics study to securing permits and finalizing the hotel's design. He also has extensive experience in gas station management, having owned and managed Hess Gas Station on Colonial Drive for over 15 years, implementing revenue-increasing activities resulting in significant profits. Jalandhar's academic background in medicine is reflected in his successful 15-year stint in hospital management. He started a small hospital in India treating both indoor and outdoor patients, and through his leadership, it became one of the most recognized hospitals within its niche market in the local area. His education and certifications include Choice Hotels TLC, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and a Masters in Acupuncture.
